Chris spent the first portion of his career as an investment banker working on sell-side M&A transactions at William Blair, followed by three years at TA Associates, a Boston-based private equity firm, investing in Consumer and Services focused companies. Chris holds a Bachelors degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating with high honors. Chris is completing his MBA at Harvard Business School.

Jake began his career as a U.S. Army Reconnaissance Officer where he trained, led, and grew combat reconnaissance organizations in the U.S., Europe, Iraq, and Syria. After leaving the military, he worked in business strategy at a venture-backed startup. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in applied mathematics from West Point and is completing his MBA at Harvard Business School.
